Hello guys, This is gonna be that one last post about games, at least about the ones that i play anyway... I'm gonna be flying ( in a plane of course) to Sydney to be doing my next level of studies. Regardless to say I won't be bringing my PC, for various reasons.

#1 in being I wanna focus on what I do there.

It was a pain to pack up the devices that had been my aid, my guide and most importantly, my body in the gaming world. Has it ever occurred to you that the mouse and headsets/speakers and keyboards kinda represent real life limbs ?

The mouse represents the hands and fingers of the user in a game, generally i mean.

The keyboard acts as spinal cord, which coordinates the legs, arms and eye.

The headsets/speakers are the ears of the gamer. This really do apply when it comes to 7.1 gaming. ( Believe me I tried)

However 7.1 compatible games aren't really in abundance. So far only Left 4 Dead 2 supports 7.1, not even Modern Warfare 2 has that kinda support. Just imagine if it actually did...

Anyways, back to the subject... packing... packing because I don't want the components in there to mould due to the humidity of Malaysian weather. Heck it's raining almost everyday. Gonna place them in a dry-box similar to the ones you keep camera lenses in. Hope it stays there for me the retrieve it on the 11TH DECEMBER ! WOO.... okay too early to celebrate...

I had put in a lot of effort to obtain these items and I sure wanted to use a lot of effort putting it back... and of course a lot of effort taking it out in december but ah nvm about that...

Owh well, my computer is limbless now if you disregard the keyboard and speakers. And monitor of course...

Its gonna be a long trip, and even longer considering the fact that I'm actually moving away from the life I once knew. I know I know... I'll make a new life there... yes I get it... But it's not all the same, I mean it could be better but one thing's for sure. I miss high school...

Last but not least, my brother whom had been best buddies with me since high school. That one person whom makes all my problems vanish by giving me new ones ^^. It's been fun. No doubt I'll be missing those times we went paintballin' or those times when we trash people on C&C4 (In which case you'll be screaming into your mic ) hehe..., And those silly times in high school. It's been quite a run brother... but now I guess I must fly... to Sydney...

C&C 4 FAIL !!!!!!!!!!

Yeap title says it all... I want to take this time and part of my blog to justify this FACT and to show you exactly HOW much is actually SUCKS !

#1 Unit Population cap

Command and conquer 3

This picture is an understatement, C&C 3 has NO unit cap. In fact you can spam units until the whole map is filled with them !

Command and conquer 4

On the other hand, C&C 4 HAS a population cap

the picture on the right is literally all the units (AVG 8 units max at one time)

you can have during a game, see the difference?

The pop cap is fixed, it cannot be increased

like in other games with pop caps.

#2 Units take forever to die

What more can be said ? Units DO take forever to die !

The only way you can effectively kill a unit is to spam it's counter unit... in essence... 5 counter units to effectively kill unit. So much for colour counter system. Although each units have weaknesses it takes forever to exploit it until it dies ! argghhhh

#3 You have to signed in, or connected to the internet to even use the offline features of this failed game !

In the country i live in, TMnet is undoubtedly one of the worst ISP i have ever come across with. I have no choice but to use their shit services for shit prices... I can get 10 mbps in singapore for the same price as 2 mbps in malaysia !! fml ! And I'm not only talking about it's prices, it's service is horrible ! People who pay in full for 1 mbps are given 0.5 - 0.7 mbps at best. And people who pay in full for 2 mbps are given 1.5 - 1.7 at best... need i go on ? Too bad they are monopolizing the entire market here... damn...

Anyways it's about consistency. Sometimes i get disconnects here, and when it does C&C 4 immediately discards all the progress i made in my game and kicks me out of the damn game. Choy Joon Hoe should know about this, he played the same mission 3 times because he keeps getting DCed... He can't even play skirmish for crying out loud and that's offline !

#4 The WORST story conclusion ever...

Nuff said, EA did a "Fantastic" job in screwing up the franchise much less the gameplay ever since they bought over westwood about 8 years ago. I applaud them for their efforts but... you just screwed up the conclusion to the Tiberium Saga... Bluntly, you failed at delivering it at all !

Most of us play for Kane. That character of such prestige and confidence in himself... and he's immortal. We've seen him claimed dead in most the previous c&c games but he always manages to come back and bring along his awesome charisma and his... "Messiahness" not to mention his ultra cool slick leather robe !

But noooo in this game, Kane's outfit was cocked up. He wears some jumper and looks like some rebel ! Play C&C 3 and then C&C 4 and you'll understand what I mean. Or just peek at the pictures below...

If you're still in disagreement heck look at C&C 3 Kane in action...

How could you keep this outfit off the scene ?! It looks so freaking awesome !

#5 No resources exists !

How can you have a strategy game without resources? It is the basic fundamentals of a strategy game. Without it... the game might as well be..... Dota !

Only time is required to build a unit. Tech and upgrades can be purchased using Tiberium crystals. But i can still spam units in your face for no cost at all...

Yeah, this green crystal *Tiberium* doesn't mean resource or

credits anymore... It once did though, for the past 15 years in C&C !

#6 You have to level up your rank before getting new upgrades and units.

It's an RTS game man... not an... MMORPGRTS... I have to get experience to level up just to get all my units unlocked and take it out either on skirmishes or online gameplay. Essentially, a low level guy gets beaten up by a high level dude... Sounds like MMORPG to me...

My view of an RTS is that all players start out the same, same potential, same grounds, and on symmetrical battlefields. This means that the only way to take out the other player is to play better than him. Devise and execute strategies better.

But nooo, in C&C 4, I can bash up this new guy whom doesn't have access to tier 3 units. And since the game has no resources. The cost of my building my tier 3 unit and his tier 1 unit are the same ! Bashing guys with mammoth tanks when they could only build hunter tanks is kinda of an overkill...

There are many more factors that contribute to the failure of this game...

Let's play it and find out...

Yes 16th March, The return of the C&C franchise, in this case C&C 4.

According to recent and I mean VERY recent posts EVERYWHERE ! (Facebook , blogspot, Command and Conquer Forums, etc) This game is gonna be a let down to all C&C fans out there. Heck even Hitler hates it !

Anyways, Today's its release date and I want to have the entire collection of the C&C franchise, all the way from Tiberium Dawn (1st C&C). I started when I was 4 years old by the way. So there are rumors of the EALA team that was responsible for developing this... disaster... is going to be disbanded.

I would understand because they screwed up the story and especially the RTS experience which THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE TOUCHED IN THE FIRST PLACE !

Still I'm only going to play this game only for its story. The end of the Tiberium saga is worth a failed game.

So today my pals ( Jeff Lee, Julian Law, Joon Hoe) and I went to have some nice food down at SS 15. It was nice again to have us all together to enjoy dinner again. We also came across this crazy hot kuey teow....

Joon Hoe on the other hand had some really bad stuff, his maggi goreng was kinda f**ked up but we only knew that after he vomited (ALOT) about an hour after our dinner. Poor dude...

Another thing that happened today is that i finally got my calculator from my ex after 2 weeks of her forgetting lol. Glad I could drop by and say hello.

Anyways, it was flattering of her to actually type of me in her blog. Read that ?... lol I'm starting to sound like her... Don't know what she told her parents though, she seemed hesitant to actually allow me to her place to collect my calculator... hmmm

Hackers !! Alert !

Lately I've been disturbed about the amount of hackers in Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2. So many people are beginning to shoot through walls, track you before you could flank them, and even getting all head shots when they AREN'T EVEN AIMING !!! it's AnNoYiNg !!

Anyways for those whom do not know a thing about 2 about aimbots or walling (wallhacking). I'll show it to you. Show you what kind of evil maniac tricks that will just ruin the game...

Well for obvious reasons I can't show a screenshot about someone using an aimbot, but it's kinda like when you're shooting at someone ?, the aimbot redirects your corsair to the nearest enemy and every bullet will hit the head, chest , neck ... you can choose... Even if he's using some LMG (Light Machine Gun) like M240 or RPD, he can still head shot snipers better than snipers !

Anyways, I want to post up this next screenie and rant about it.

It may not seem much now, but the point is...

This guy is a hacker, he aimbots and wallhacks his way through the game. What's more? He has a nick similar to mine. Argh now not only hackers are being annoying but they're being INTRUSIVE ! Hackers deserve to be punished !

Especially hackers like this guy whom seem to be holding his LMG for god-knows-how long that sprays and kills people. Now how can that be coincidence, spray and kills. It's not possible to run from him because he can see your name tags like the pictures above. He'll nail you even though you're behind walls and get a head shot on you from like a football field away.

I warn you, if you ever see any of these people on MW2, leave the room. No point wasting your time with these hackers ^^...

Superman !!

Even SUPERMAN gets detention ?!?!

Okay, so yeah i may be all hyped up about superman ever since the detention incident but hey, it's not like everyday we get to have humanoid life remind us of the phenomenal superman. We all remember his tight spandex and awesome red boots...

I mean, he even made this possible !

Can you imagine the impact of DC hero superman on society around the time he was made a reality to some. It's similar to what I call the Star Wars revolution. In which almost everyone is familiar about Star Wars and a huge community was formed around the rich story which it provides.

Still believe it or not there are still more people who knows superman than star wars. Maybe it's because the story is kept short and simple with one protagonist and antagonist, in this case Clark Kent (Superman or Kal-El) and Lex Luthor.

No one's better than a bald evil supervillian dude to get in Superman's way.

Lex Luthor, I remember him from a long time ago during my early days. He was always this cool smart ass dude whom always had a plan to everything he does. Envied his deviousness and intellectualism. Why can't this guy get as much publicity as superman? I don't see lex luthor costumes lol. It could have changed how young kids dress !

Think about little boys coming out of his room with a suit and call himself lex luthor ! But yet again no one wants to be the villian eh? Or his dad could have returned from work and gets his ass kicked by his son posing as superman. We'll never know. Well all I know is you gotta be bald to fit the description. Baldness is the way to go ! Hair tonic boooo... if you're losing hair so be it !

Okay enough randomness for today. Let's get to real life characters. I thought it was just me but when I saw this picture of Justin Bieber... and the captions on it... I laughed on sight ! No joke, here it is.

Not many can hope for a better life than this lol.

Alright... First thing's first, Razer sent their replacement unit to replace the previous RM600 Headset that I had problems with. Now it's almost perfect. The only problem with it now is the very minor background noise after you update to the v1.12 from Razer's website.

Great headset, comfortable and very sleek in design. Except for the fact the microphone and spin 270 degrees which ... honestly seems a bit unnecessary.

So Razer did keep their promise and in the end I have a brand new headset that traversed the land to find me ^^. Razer FTW ! however not in all products.

Okay so the last time I said that my guitar hero controller's gonna be replaced too.... and indeed it did and not only that, it was replaced by a newer guitar hero controller or aka band hero controller. Note that my previous guitar hero controller was from world tour.

However, I was so happy that day that i lost control of my wallet. I bought the entire Band Hero set for about RM850 from the kind lady down at Subang Parade. I've been her loyal customer since form 3.
